Backstory: One of our clients asked if we could create a video presentation of a home being put back on the market after 6 months of limited showings. The previous agent took their own photos, put the property into the MLS and hoped for a sale. That sale never came. Now, the homeowners hired a different agent who came in and staged the home, hired Visual Properties to photograph it and create the online marketing virtual tour.
