The Beginning: Visual Properties was started in May 2005 and began offering real estate photography and virtual tours.  While we had great success with our technology, we found ourselves falling behind in providing the best value for our clients.  So in January 2009 we introduced the Tour Factory technology platform and today we are North Carolinas Authorized Provider for Tour Factory.    

Our Goal: To provide marketing that affects your audience, influences their buying decisions, and moves them into action.  This is the philosophy behind our solutions.  We have become “Experts in Marketing” and deliver the content that matters most to those Buyers who are shopping for their dream home online.  From virtual tours to Interactive Floor plans and web content, these tools engage the consumer, allowing them to interact with the property, and provides the stickiness you need to keep them coming back to you.

Mike is an accomplished REALTOR in North Carolina and Florida.  His attention to detail goes above and beyond the call of duty.  And now with hundreds of homes photographed, you can be assured your listing will shine with his photographic quality.   Mike still holds his Real Estate license in North Carolina, but is primarily photographing homes for us.

Jenn Sanford

Photographer – Raleigh, NC

Jennifer received a B.S. in Technical Photography from Appalachian State University in May 2003. She has worked in the commercial photography industry in Minneapolis for 3 years. Since then she has returned to her home town of Raleigh and worked as a freelance photographer for Visual Properties.

Jay Curley

Photographer – Wilmington, NC

Jay has been an outstanding photographer for over 30 years.
In addition to photographing homes for Tour Factory clients Jay’s Business Jay-Cyn’s Creations Photography, in wilmington , NC photographs weddings and special events, as well as families and has a studio where he creates professional head shots for Realtors, bankers and other business professionals.
